The Role
As a Territory Manager within our Instore Sales Field Team, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, executing brand plans in store with excellence, and acting as a brand ambassador for our products. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your area and build strong customer relationships with our stores. You’ll enjoy networking and expanding existing relationships, driving growth and sales through category-based initiatives within your stores and territory. You will focus on growing current retail partnerships, delivering channel and customer plans in store, ensuring the successful execution of all activities, and achieving targets within your territory to help feed the nation. As part of our wider team, you’ll create opportunities and explore innovative ways to add value to the business. You’ll be passionate about achieving targets and sharing best practices. By following quality processes and living our values, you’ll build solid partnerships with our customers.
Previous experience is not essential, but a commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and curiosity about retail or market trends are beneficial. Excellent communication skills: ability to build relationships and establish credibility with internal and customer contacts. Commercial knowledge: understanding of numbers and key levers for driving sales. Confidence to work autonomously and manage your workload. Analytical skills: ability to interpret and evaluate complex data. Proactive attitude with ambitions to develop a career in Commercial Sales. Strong organizational skills: managing time effectively. Proficient with IT systems: including Excel, PowerPoint, and customer-specific software. A solution-oriented mindset: enjoying turning challenges into results. Full driving license.
