What You'll Be Doing?
- Create and manage rota schedules for all teams.
- Coordinate vehicle availability and route allocations.
- Maintain our Fleet Management System and ensure driver data is accurate and compliant.
- Support training and development activities across the Distribution team.
- Build strong relationships with external providers.
- Provide admin and coordination support to the wider Distribution team.
- Compile compliance reports for the site’s leadership team.
Essential Ingredients
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Confident using SAP, fleet systems, and document management tools.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who can prioritise and manage their own workload.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Operator Licence Awareness trained, with knowledge of compliance obligations.
Location Note: While the role is based in Ferrybridge, you will be required to travel during initial training period, to our Tuscany Park, Wakefield site.
