At Warburtons, we don't just fix machines; we develop Engineers. We're looking for an Engineering Technician, Semi-Skilled Engineer or an aspiring Engineer with a strong manufacturing background. You'll join our Enfield Engineering team as part of a structured development pathway into a Multi-Skilled Engineer role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in manufacturing or operations who has a strong technical interest and wants to build a long-term career in engineering.
The Role
As an Engineering Technician, you'll support our Engineers with first-line fault finding, basic line breakdowns, and planned maintenance activities, while learning on the job through mentoring and formal training. You won't be thrown in at the deep end; this role is all about building capability, confidence, and competence over time.
