Warburtons is seeking an Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at the Enfield site. You’ll partner with the site leadership to strengthen HSE culture across a 24/7 food manufacturing and distribution environment, coaching ~460 colleagues to go home safe every day.
You will deliver the national HSE strategy locally, provide expert advice, drive continuous improvement, and own HSE systems while managing spend and developing a small HSE team.
