The remaining part of the role offers the chance to get involved in culture, wellbeing, engagement, and network-wide initiatives, especially in this exciting milestone year as Warburtons celebrates 150 years, and Enfield celebrates 25 years. This is an opportunity to influence, support, coach, and challenge managers at every level, while developing your own career through meaningful exposure to HR generalist roles.
