What You\’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be instrumental in promoting a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring our drivers are trained to meet the highest standards. From CPC and SAFED training to vehicle-specific inductions, driving instruction and pre-employment assessments, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
• Experience Conducting Driver Instruction
• Holder of a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Current Class 2 driving licence and ability to pass a driving assessment
• Experience in multi-drop distribution within an FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation (Drivers Hours, WTD, Highway Code)
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
