We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Customer Business Executive to join our Customer Supply Chain Team. The Commercial department at Warburtons drives growth by combining strategic insight with customer-focused execution. Through data-led planning, collaborative partnerships, and continuous improvement, the team ensures our bakery category remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with shopper and retailer needs.

As a Customer Business Executive in our Supply Chain team, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our internal operations with our customers. Working closely with the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you’ll deliver insightful, data-driven analysis and compelling presentations that shape customer decisions and enhance supply chain performance. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across commercial, logistics, and customer service to boost customer satisfaction, resolve challenges, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. From forecasting demand and reporting performance to ensuring our products are always available on shelf with minimal waste, your work will directly influence our success. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to build strong relationships will truly shine.
