The Role – Your Chance to Make a Real Impact

As a Bakery Team Member, you’ll be right at the heart of our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll work as part of a close‑knit shift team, playing a vital role in producing the high‑quality products our customers know and love. From operating production lines and working with automated bakery machinery, to maintaining hygiene standards and supporting warehouse activity — you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of the bakery.
