Shifts: 4 on 4 off with 1 extra shift every 4 weeks

Hours: 11hrs Saturday to Tuesday, 12 hrs Wednesday to Friday. 4am start

• Order picking – making sure the right products get to the right place, fresh and on time.
• Moving bakery products around the warehouse – from oven to shelf, you’ll be part of the journey.
• General warehouse duties – keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Supporting our managers – teamwork makes the dream work.
• Working on your feet for long hours – it’s a busy environment, but we’ll keep you going.
• Heavy lifting – we’re not loafing around here!

The Recipe

Whether you’ve worked in a warehouse before or you’re just starting out, you’ll be happy on your feet—lifting, shifting, and keeping things moving. You’ll be hands‑on with loading, moving, and organising products, making sure everything is fresh and ready to roll out on time. It’s a fast‑paced, physical role where teamwork is the yeast we can do, and following instructions is just like sticking to a good recipe. Bring your positive attitude, batch mentality, and reliable work ethic, and you’ll be the perfect ingredient. Plus, with the chance to upskill to Key Operator, you’ll be stepping into a role where leadership and teamwork go hand in hand.

About Us

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. You’ll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you’re heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)!

We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK.

With nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7.

Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
