The Recipe

As part of our Bristol team, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. But this isn’t just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

You’ll:

  • Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching.
  • Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks.
  • Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.
  • Champion health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift.

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. You’ll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you’re heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)! We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK. With nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7. Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
