Essential Ingredients
- Full current UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
- Good knowledge of transport legislation.
- Reliable, responsible, customer focused.
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with multi-drop or home delivery experience.
- Previous experience of picking orders is ideal.
The Recipe
- Be supported by the driver training teams in an intensive training course to gain your Class 2 Licence, with no cost to you.
- Ongoing fully funded Driver CPC (Your Driver CPC training is in work hours too, not outside of them).
- Be an early riser; your shift will start at around 3.30am.
- Enjoy plenty of autonomy as a driver.
- Work set contracted hours and have stable shift patterns.

With nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7. Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
