As a Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing & distribution within our South Region. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our candidates, helping to create a smooth, inclusive, and engaging experience from application to offer. You'll work closely with the Talent Team, Hiring Managers, and wider People teams to make sure we bring in the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
In this role, you'll proactively source candidates across a range of channels, including job boards, social media, talent pools and referrals, while screening applications and carrying out first-stage telephone interviews. You'll manage clear and timely communication with candidates to maintain an excellent overall experience, and you'll coordinate the hiring process by scheduling interviews and assessments as needed. You'll keep our ATS updated and accurate, support wider attraction campaigns and employer brand activity, and work closely with Recruiters to understand workforce needs and market trends, ensuring we attract the right talent at the right time.
