The Recipe
To provide support to colleagues to get the best from our technology. Weāre looking for a creator of brilliant learning experiences to own eālearning in Articulate, power our Super User network, and turn IT change into clear, confidenceābuilding training. While administrative responsibilities form an important part of the role, they centre on supporting the IT Director and Senior Leadership Team to keep the function running smoothly and professionally.
Key Accountabilities and Measures
- Design and build engaging eālearning in Articulate, plus guides, videos, job aids and 'Top Tips'.
- Own the LMS content lifecycle ā upload, organise, update and report on usage/impact.
- Enable our Super User network ā recruit, onboard, upskill and connect champions across sites; run workshops and events.
- Partner with internal SMEs and external providers (e.g. Happy Computers) to deliver training programmes that land change.
- Support tech rollouts with targeted training and occasional 1:1 coaching.
- Admin: diary support for the IT Director/SLT, travel/procurement coordination, records and SAP transport admin, IT asset support (laptops/mobiles) and logistics for IT events.
Essential Ingredients
- Experience creating learning content ā Articulate preferred (for the right candidate, we'll provide formal training).
- Clear writing and visual communication skills; you make complex things simple.
- Stakeholder and community coordination skills; confident working with Super Users.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and problemāsolving.
- MS Office to advanced level.
Nice to have: SAP Procurement familiarity and understanding of ITIL.
