Support Compliance Manager and uphold highest standards across bakeries and depot operations. Ensure sites meet legal requirements and company expectations around food safety, hygiene, and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse monitoring data to ensure full compliance with relevant standards.
- Assist Compliance Manager in maintaining accuracy of document and incident management systems.
- Conduct internal site audits on schedule and promote food safety and hygiene standards across the bakery.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 HACCP & Food Safety qualifications.
- Appreciation of food microbiology.
- Awareness of quality systems and external standards implementation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of HS&E and food safety legislation.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making capability within broad scope.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a food company (ideally within a FMCG sector).
