Key Accountabilities and Measures
- Supply Chain, PCT and Centre Operations weekly and period end processing, reporting and analysis.
- Ownership of Operations Finance Data Metric BI Reporting and Analysis tools.
- Create and deliver insightful Weekly/Period reporting & analysis for finance and non-finance teams.
- Support Operations Finance in Budgeting and Forecasting process.
- Identify and implement improvements across Finance reporting.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations and controls.
- Exposure to all aspects of the business and full finance team.
- Opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders and heads of departments.

- Finance experience, ideally gained in an operations role.

- Excellent relationship builder: able to build relationships and influence across a broad range of non‑finance and finance stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrate strong time management and organisation skills.
- Minimum 2+ years in a finance role (industry or practice).
- Strong understanding of prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet requirements.
- Confident with BI tools, SAP, and Excel.
