Responsibilities
- Assist managers in the day-to-day running of the Distribution office
- Upload driver and vehicle records
- Maintain driver rotas
- Order fuel and vehicle lubricants
- Order office and uniform supplies
- Answer telephone queries
- Support the Transport Shift Managers ensuring all administrative tasks are complete in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs
Qualifications

- Ability to build great working relationships quickly with teams, contractors and service providers
- Self‑initiative and proactive work style
- Knowledge of Goods Vehicle Operator licensing requirements (training provided)
