The Recipe

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safety First: You will take responsibility for putting safety first and always behave in a manner that ensures your own safety and that of others.
  • Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
  • Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
  • Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
  • Quality Products: You will adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.

Aberdeen is our most northern Warburtons site, and we’re based in Portlethen, 8 miles from Aberdeen city centre. We have a small but experienced team of 35 colleagues working together to ensure families in the Northeast of Scotland and beyond sample our wide range of family favourites. Aberdeen depot works in partnership with a local delivery service to ensure our products are also available on Shetland. We are currently delivering 12 million products per year to over 275 customers! And we’re still growing…
