Youll receive a 6-week induction and support from our in-house driver training team. Youll be an early risershifts start around 03:30 (some patterns may vary). The upside? and load your own vehicle with our baked goodseither at the depot or on the move. To help keep your day smooth and safe, knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and transport legislation (Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, Highway Code, etc.) will be key in order to relay faults on defect forms. Once your route for the day is loaded into your onboard computer, youre off! Youll deliver to multiple customers daily (theyre like family to us), so top-notch service, strong relationships, and professionalism are a must. This includes being able to manage difficult conversations in a calm manner and acting as an ambassador for our brand. Youll work a defined rotating 5-day pattern, including weekends.
