Job Title: Export Administrator
Contract: Permanent. Hybrid.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday Friday.

Essential Ingredients
- Accept and process export orders, including stock allocation.
- Prepare and send commercial invoices and packing lists for UK and international customers.
- Monitor ETAs and coordinate shipping routes with logistics partners.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and documentation.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements.
- Has strong administrative experience (export/logistics knowledge is a bonus).

We have approximately 480 colleagues working across Bolton and Variety manufacturing and distribution.
