Job description: Job Title: Export Administrator Contract: Permanent. Hybrid. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday Friday. Location: Bolton Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Export Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new chapter, helping us take control of our export operations and shape the future of our supply chain. Essential Ingredients Accept and process export orders, including stock allocation. Prepare and send commercial invoices and packing lists for UK and international customers. Monitor ETAs and coordinate shipping routes with logistics partners. Support the team with general administrative tasks and documentation. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements. Has strong administrative experience (export/logistics knowledge is a bonus). Learns quickly and is eager to grow with the role. Works well in a team and communicates effectively. Is motivated, proactive, and brings positive energy to the workplace. Is comfortable with change the role may evolve as the business grows. The Recipe Youll play a key role in managing international orders, preparing export documentation, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While prior export or logistics experience is beneficial, its not essentialwere looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow with a dynamic and collaborative team. We have approximately 480 colleagues working across Bolton and Variety manufacturing and distribution. We produce 1.5 million units per week, across 5 automated lines that bake our delicious fresh bread, crumpets, bagels, morning goods and muffins which is delivered daily to our customers across the UK.
