- Hours: 10 hours per week - Saturdays and Sundays 09:30-14:30

The Recipe:
The role is responsible for creating and managing rota schedules across all Distribution teams, coordinating vehicle availability and route allocations to support efficient operations. This includes maintaining the Fleet Management System, ensuring all driver and vehicle data is accurate, compliant, and up to date. The postholder will support training and development activities across the Distribution team, build strong working relationships with external providers, and provide administrative and coordination support to the wider operation. The role will also involve compiling compliance and performance reports for the site leadership team.

Our Newton Abbot Distribution Depot is Warburtons most southernly site, nestled in the foothills of Dartmoor National Park and less than 10 miles from the nearest beach in South Devon. We operate around 42 delivery routes every day which zigzag their way across the West Country peninsula from Poole, to Weston-Super-Mare, all the way down the coast to Lands End.
