Shift Pattern : 4 on 4 off days and nights
Salary: up to £67,300 per annum depending on experience and skills

Are you an Engineering Team Leader or Lead Engineer looking for a new challenge within a business you can trust who will invest in your future?
The Recipe As a Engineering Team Leader / Lead Engineer at our Enfield bakery, youll support the delivery of planned and preventative maintenance. This role is a lead position, but youll be prepared to be hands on and roll your sleeves up. Good leadership skills coupled with technical engineering knowledge is essential for the role.
The Role Youll develop and engage a small team of 3 Multi Skilled Engineers to drive the effectiveness of the engineering team in reducing downtime and increasing productivity. Youll ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety.
You will take the lead on more complex maintenance tasks, ensure required parts are available and be responsible for a detailed handover to the next shift team. As part of your role, youll also lead the short interval control meetings with our production team.
Essential Ingredients Electrical and Mechanical engineering experience
Fault Finding and Route Cause Analysis skills
Knowledge and experience of maintenance preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
H&S knowledge e.g., PUWER, IOSH able to ensure a safe working environment.
Structured and practical engineering training (e.g. apprenticeship/HNC/degree).
Coaching and mentoring skills, takes responsibility for the training and coaching of others.
Analysing and problem-solving skills, anticipates problems before they occur and takes steps to deal with them/correctly and swiftly
Communication and relationship building skills
Successful candidates must have, or be eligible to obtain, the right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
