Working with our Site Lead, Warehouse and Distribution Teams at our Newton Abbot site and across other sites, you'll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

Essential Ingredients:- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team, ensuring they stay motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company values.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both on-site and off-site, including distribution and manufacturing, to maintain high quality standards and smooth supply chain operations.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and generating ideas to help the team overcome challenges.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, though not essential.

About Us:Our Newton Abbot Distribution Depot is Warburtons most southernly site, nestled in the foothills of Dartmoor National Park and less than 10 miles from the nearest beach in South Devon. We operate around 42 delivery routes every day which zigzag their way across the West Country peninsula from Poole, to Weston-Super-Mare, all the way down the coast to Lands End.
