As a Class 2 Delivery Driver, you will be supported with a 6-week induction and support from in-house driver training teams. You will like to be an early riser, as your shift will generally start at around 3.30am. You will enjoy plenty of autonomy, accurately picking orders and loading your vehicle with bakery products.
Your knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and transport legislation will be key for a smooth and safe day. Our drivers deliver to multiple customers each day, providing a quality service that develops strong relationships and exceeds expectations.
You will work a defined rotating 5 days a week pattern including weekends, with a typical week sometimes being less than 43 hours. At Warburtons, you are more than a driver; you load your own vehicle and ensure the orders for your customers are correct.
In Banbury, you'll find our newly built distribution and consolidation centre, giving us the very best access to the UK's motorway network. We are currently delivering over 4 million items to our customers every four weeks.
