Are you a natural organiser with a passion for logistics? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Distribution Coordinator to support our Distribution team at our Widnes Depot. This is your chance to be part of a national network that delivers award-winning products across the UK.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Confident using SAP, fleet systems, and document management tools.
The role is responsible for creating and managing rota schedules across all Distribution teams, coordinating vehicle availability and route allocations to support efficient operations. This includes maintaining the Fleet Management System, ensuring all driver and vehicle data is accurate, compliant, and up to date. The postholder will support training and development activities across the Distribution team, build strong working relationships with external providers, and provide administrative and coordination support to the wider operation. The role will also involve compiling compliance and performance reports for the site leadership team.
Our Widnes Depot is a short drive from Junction 7 of the M62 and 3 miles away from Runcorn Station. Opened in September 2021, we now run 40 routes with over 100 colleagues in distribution and our warehouse team! Our Drivers pick and deliver to retail stores and serve the local area and across the North West.
