We have an established kitchen team delivering consistent food. The focus now is front of house excellence, calm service flow and building a team culture that takes pride in doing things properly.

The role

This is a senior, hands on, customer facing role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor while also bringing structure and discipline behind the scenes.

You will work closely with the Front of House Lead, kitchen leadership and an engaged owner to shape how the restaurant operates day to day.

This role is about leadership, consistency and raising standards. It is not a late night or evening role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front of house service during absence or days off of the Front of House Lead
• Support live service and guest experience every day
• Own rotas, labour planning and people processes
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle customer emails, feedback and complaints professionally
• Plan and deliver events including seasonal supper clubs
• Drive footfall outside peak lunch trading hours
• Develop and manage the Friends of Warbreck loyalty scheme
