Warberries Nursing home are looking for some special nurses who are looking for a new challenge.
We are a 37-bed care home with nursing looking after a variety of needs from high level dementia, Huntington’s disease and strokes. We are a family run business with a philosophy of 'this is the resident’s home, that we work within and make the experience for the residents as person centred care as possible'. We are a non-uniform home with a small shop, gold award winning chef and our own activities coordinator.
We are after dynamic, hardworking people with the enthusiasm and passion to work alongside a good team of carers, team leaders and nursing support workers. The nursing support workers are there to help you in a day to day role and give a truly personalised care and to allow you to be a nurse rather than a drug dispenser.
We have received all round ‘good’ with CQC and we are moving forward with many projects including employing the nursing support worker, butterfly models and inter-generational project.
What we are looking for:
- knowledge of: PEGs, Catheters, Phlebotomy & General skills
- Excellent communication skills and loves to chat
- Team player
- Has lots of energy and motivation
- To help us move the projects forward for the nursing side of the home
- For someone who can juggle – or at least a multi tasker
- Multi-talented
