This is a fully remote UK-based Inside IR35 role, with occasional travel required on an ad-hoc basis as part of client requirements.

The Role

Waracle is looking for hands-on Dynamics 365 Developers to play a key role in delivering and improving a critical capability for one of our strategic client workstreams. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of complex systems—building new solutions, solving challenges, optimising performance, and taking true ownership of the platform.

You’ll have a strong understanding of how data moves across connected systems and be passionate about making technology work smarter. From configuring workflows and shaping Dynamics 365 data models to delivering practical solutions that create measurable value, you’ll help drive continuous improvement across a business-critical environment.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Supporting and enhancing a live, business-critical Dynamics 365 / Dataverse platform.
  • Designing and configuring workflows, working with Dynamics 365 data structures, and delivering improvements that drive business value.
  • Building and maintaining plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and model-driven applications.
  • Taking ownership of data journeys across the ecosystem, from initial ingestion through to downstream systems.
  • Investigating and resolving issues across CRM functionality, integrations, and data processes.
  • Driving improvements in platform stability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partnering with business users, product teams, data specialists, and integration teams to deliver effective solutions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong practical experience working with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
  • Development expertise across C#/.NET, Dynamics plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API integrations.
  • Experience supporting complex platforms with multiple integrations and connected systems.
  • A track record of enhancing and maintaining existing solutions, alongside building new functionality.
  • Familiarity with Azure-based integrations, including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API services.
  • A strong understanding of data management concepts, including mapping, validation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end data flows.
