Role Overview
As a Principal Client Partner at Waracle, you will own the commercial strategy and long-term growth of a dedicated domain, shaping opportunities, building market positioning and driving revenue growth. This is a hands‑on, quota‑carrying role where you will combine strategic thinking with the ability to create and convert opportunities. Working closely with teams across new business, marketing and delivery, you will lead cross‑functional collaboration, build trusted relationships with C‑Suite stakeholders and develop meaningful client partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to influence growth strategy, mentor teams and help create a culture that drives commercial success and lasting impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving Strategic Domain Growth: Deliver sustainable growth across your portfolio of accounts through exceptional service, proactive demand generation, and compelling proposals.
- Leading High‑Value Pitches: Personally lead our most critical, complex, and transformative pitches, while coaching and bringing the wider team along to elevate collective standards.
- Nurturing Executive Partnerships: Position yourself as a sought‑after, trusted advisor or Executive Sponsor for our most strategic accounts, guiding their long‑term conversations.
- Fostering a Growth Culture: Chair internal Client Service Groups (comprising Delivery, Technology, and Commercial leaders) and contribute across Waracle to help others build their skills in commercial stewardship, negotiation, and pitching.
