Waracle are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and growth-oriented Lead Client Partner for an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation. We work with ambitious clients to help them solve their biggest business and customer challenges. We help our clients to innovate and create intelligent digital products and services. We thrive on complex challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations.
This is a Hybrid role, offering the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life, with 2 days a week spent connecting with colleagues in our Edinburgh or London office.
Role Overview
As a Lead Client Partner at Waracle, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth strategies that drive sustainable client and business growth. This is a highly commercial, hands-on role where success is measured by revenue outcomes. You will lead client engagements, develop strategic opportunities, contribute to pitches and proposals, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders who value your expertise and advice. You will chair dedicated Client Service Groups across your accounts, bringing together delivery, technology and commercial leaders to ensure exceptional client outcomes and identify growth opportunities. As part of a high-performing demand team spanning client growth, new business and marketing, you will collaborate closely with colleagues, support capability development in commercial stewardship and business development, and help generate demand through networking, events, content and referrals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving Collaborative Growth: Deliver organic growth within your accounts through exceptional service delivery, proactive demand generation, and compelling proposals.
- Leading Pitches & Proposals: Personally lead and co-create transformative pitches, while coaching and bringing the wider team along to elevate collective standards.
- Nurturing Executive Partnerships: Position yourself as a sought-after, trusted advisor to strategic C-suite client stakeholders.
- Team Stewardship: Chair and guide internal Client Service Groups (comprising Delivery, Technology, and Commercial leaders) to develop their skills in negotiation, commercial stewardship, and pitching.
- Commercial & Financial Care: Own accurate forecasting, margin optimizations, and risk management within your domain, while exploring innovative commercial models.
- Navigating Challenging Conversations: Serve as a supportive internal escalation point and expert advisor for complex client negotiations.
