Key aspects of the role include:
- Culture & Strategy: Design and oversee the nationwide "Workplace Experience" strategy, acting as the face of the Glasgow hub while traveling to other sites to gather feedback and inject energy.
- Inclusive Onboarding: Partner with Talent and People teams to deliver a joined-up onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels they belong from day one.
- Brand & Events: Act as the "Brand Guardian" for our physical spaces and lead the logistics for internal celebrations and meetups, ensuring high standards across all locations.
- Operational Excellence: Manage high-level relationships with landlords and vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the workplace budget with a focus on sustainable sourcing.

- Collaborative Influence: You can influence team-level decisions and hold vendors to high standards.
