Waracle are looking for a Delivery Manager for an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation. We work with ambitious clients to help them solve their biggest business and customer challenges. We help our clients to innovate and create intelligent digital products and services. We thrive on complex challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations. This is a Full-Time (37.5 hours) role with a Hybrid working model, welcoming people to collaborate from our Glasgow or Dundee hubs.

  • Empowering Frameworks: Independently choosing and tailoring Agile delivery frameworks to best fit your team's unique context and needs.
  • Inclusive Facilitation: Cultivating open dialogue by leading essential ceremonies (planning, refinement, retro, and RAID reviews) and listening actively to ensure everyone's voice is heard.
  • Insightful Metrics: Monitoring progress and telling the story behind the data to help teams continuously optimise their ways of working.
  • Commercial & Stakeholder Alignment: Partnering closely with clients, understanding their unique constraints, and proactively managing budgets, risk, and scope with clear, transparent communication.
