Waracle are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our team in a hybrid capacity from our Edinburgh office. This is an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation. Responsibilities

  • Brand Storytelling: Helping to share Waracle’s journey across all live campaigns and ensuring our visual aesthetic is consistent and impactful.
  • Content & Engagement: Contributing to content planning and publishing that resonates with our specific audiences.
  • Campaign Support: Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing activities alongside our senior leads.
  • Data & Insights: Helping to collect and analyse campaign data to help us understand our impact and improve our reach.
  • Collaborative Administration: Supporting the team with essential reporting, administrative tasks, and budget alignment.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a team player who is organised, communicative, and eager to learn. You might be a great fit if you have:

  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the confidence to take ownership of activities.
  • Prior marketing experience or training in a related field.
  • Practical experience with marketing channels like social media, email, or tools like Canva.
