Key aspects of the role include:

  • Designing and configuring workflows, working with Dynamics 365 data structures, and delivering improvements that drive business value.
  • Building and maintaining plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and model-driven applications.
  • Taking ownership of data journeys across the ecosystem, from initial ingestion through to downstream systems.
  • Investigating and resolving issues across CRM functionality, integrations, and data processes.
  • Driving improvements in platform stability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partnering with business users, product teams, data specialists, and integration teams to deliver effective solutions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience supporting complex platforms with multiple integrations and connected systems.
  • A track record of enhancing and maintaining existing solutions, alongside building new functionality.
  • Familiarity with Azure-based integrations, including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API services.
  • A strong understanding of data management concepts, including mapping, validation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end data flows.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, gender, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
