- Discovery & Execution: Leading collaborative discovery work alongside Design and Tech Leads to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable user stories.
- Backlog & Roadmap Management: Balancing user needs, business goals, and delivery effort to keep a well-prioritized, high-quality product backlog.

- Agile Understanding: Familiarity with agile principles and prioritisation techniques (such as MoSCoW or RICE).
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to bring multidisciplinary teams together.
- Data & Curiosity: A healthy curiosity for metrics, testing hypotheses, and using data to inform decisions.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, self-directed approach to learning, with the confidence to ask questions and take ownership of your personal development.
- Industry Context (Bonus): Experience working within regulated sectors (like healthcare or financial services) is a plus, but certainly not essential!
