War Child is seeking an experienced leader to head Compliance & Supporter Care, shaping fundraising compliance, risk management and an excellent supporter experience. This maternity cover role (to Dec 2027) offers hybrid work with two days per week in London, and a flexible pattern of 4–5 days across weeks.
The role also oversees office management, health and safety, and governance with reporting to the Supporter Engagement Director.
