You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities are kept in optimal working condition. Working across various customer contracts, you will triage all calls, assess the need for mobile resources, and plan jobs efficiently, optimising routes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
  • Prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency, impact on operations, and resource availability.
  • Triage and appropriately manage acceptances on portals.
  • Ensure all work orders are completed on time based on customer SLA and KPI’s.
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance activities and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities.
  • Work on integration and scheduling improvements.
  • Ensure all engineers are working efficiently and effectively, in accordance with performance standards.
  • Manage returning jobs with speed, efficiency and solutions.
  • Carry out additional ad‑hoc tasks and support projects to ensure the efficient running of the service office.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Enthusiastic and a good team player.
  • Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Office based.
