As a Trolleywise Coordinator you will provide an end to end service from taking abandoned trolley requests from customers and the general public to coordinating the activities of the drivers. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm and a confident and clear communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
- To write and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes.
- To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.
- Ensure all monthly and ad-hoc invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximised.
- Process weekly and monthly reporting as per the requirement of the customer, showcasing all necessary data.
- Efficiently organise routes for the drivers based on priority works.
- Data inputting: verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records.
- Manage customer portals to ensure all info is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments that may require the Trolleywise service for ad-hoc work.
