We\’re looking for a Senior Partner Manager to add to our Sales and Solutions team. As Senior Partner Manager, you will be the architect of our partner ecosystem, with Microsoft at its core. You will ensure we unlock every opportunity across designations, incentives, and go‑to‑market programs so that our customers – and our brand – benefit from the full power of our alliances.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead Microsoft partnership programs and turn incentives into revenue and margin growth.
- Build and manage key vendor relationships, tiering partners and tracking performance.
- Drive joint business plans, co‑selling/marketing, and secure funding with proven ROI.
- Elevate Wanstor\’s brand through PR, awards, campaigns, and industry frameworks.
- Enable teams with certifications, training, and partner program adoption.
- Track market trends and partner roadmaps; advise leadership and source new vendors.
- Represent Wanstor at Microsoft and partner events and councils.
What You\’ll Need
- Previous experience in a Partner Manager, Vendor Manager, or Channel role within an MSP, IT reseller, or technology vendor.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft\’s partner ecosystem, licensing, and incentive structures
- Experience turning vendor programs into measurable revenue, margin, and brand impact.
- Track record of securing and managing rebates, MDF, and co‑sell/co‑market program
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link partner activity to revenue and GP
- Skilled communicator, network builder, and cross‑functional influencer
