Wanstor is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join its Service Management team in London. You will own and resolve complex escalations across a varied customer base, not limited to scripts or a single technology stack.
You’ll troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Active Directory, driving issues to root cause and resolution. You’ll also pursue improvements and automation, sharing knowledge with junior engineers.
