We’re looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join our fantastic team. You will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and successful delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure‑based Modern Work and Security solutions, with emphasis on Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, and Conditional Access. Additionally, you will champion AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption, integration, and value realisation across enterprise scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end solution architecture and delivery for Microsoft 365 security workloads (Defender, Purview, Sentinel) and endpoint/identity controls (Intune, Conditional Access, Identity).
- Lead technical discovery, design workshops, and implementation sprints across Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
- Design and implement Copilot solutions (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) including scenario discovery, governance, security alignment, and user enablement.
- Partner with stakeholders on CSP operations, MCI programme updates, and continuous posture improvement (Partner Security Score, increased security adoption such as YubiKeys).
- Contribute to supply chain risk assessments and mitigation plans relevant to our customers.
- Advise customers on Modern Work patterns (frontline workers) and Microsoft licensing optimisation.
- Enable AI value: run Copilot business value workshops, develop adoption roadmaps, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles.
- Produce high‑quality architecture docs, runbooks, and knowledge artefacts; contribute to pre‑sales and statements of work as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven delivery across Microsoft 365 and Azure security/Modern Work stacks: Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Conditional Access.
- Strong consulting skills: discovery, solution design, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Familiarity with frontline worker scenarios and Microsoft licensing.
- Comfortable contributing to CSP operational threads and programme updates (e.g., CSP/MCI).
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio: scenario design, integration with Microsoft 365 services, governance, and adoption strategies.
- Shows enthusiasm for Microsoft 365 products and services, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven productivity.
Desirable Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Copilot for Microsoft 365 (or equivalent Copilot enablement credentials)
