We’re looking for an Automation Developer to join our growing AI & Transformation team.
The role is client‑facing and technical focused on designing, building, and deploying AI‑powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Working closely with customers, you’ll identify opportunities to automate business processes and translate them into secure, scalable AI solutions.
You’ll develop and deploy copilots across Microsoft 365 using tools such as Power Automate, connectors and APIs, while ensuring strong governance and security standards.
Combining hands‑on development with a consultative approach, you’ll help clients turn manual processes into efficient, intelligent workflows that drive real business value.
What You'll Do
- Design, build and deploy AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem
- Develop and customise Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365, leveraging tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Build and integrate AI solutions using Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, to support real‑world business use cases
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions
- Deliver workshops, demos and proof of concepts to showcase AI capabilities and drive adoption
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, data sources and APIs
- Support customers with best practices around AI usage, governance and security
- Troubleshoot and optimise AI solutions to improve performance and user experience
- Stay up to date with evolving AI technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Contribute to internal capability building, reusable assets and continuous improvement of AI offerings
- What You'll Need
- Hands‑on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong Power Automate skills (workflow design, error handling, integrations).
- Experience integrating systems via connectors, Dataverse/Share Point, and/or APIs.
- Experience with Azure Foundry.
- Comfortable with client‑facing delivery: workshops, demos, requirements, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of security/governance concepts (DLP, least privilege, environment strategy).
- Power Platform ALM and solution packaging experience.
- Custom connectors / API Management exposure.
- Experience publishing agents to Teams / Microsoft 365 Copilot and supporting enterprise rollout.
