Responsibilities
- Scheduling performance events, promotional appearances, and programs.
- Keep and update weekly routine performances and managing calenders.
- Assisting with the development and distribution of PR materials, including brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos.
- Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists.
- Handling interpersonal conflicts between artists, such as band members.
- In charge of the administration of performing artists including reporting to the management.
- Working hours are from 5pm to 2am.
- Job Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Able to work independently and under time pressure.
- Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively.
- Has prior experience as performing artists would be an advantage.
