Wandsworth Physiotherapy
Are you a passionate physiotherapist ready to take your next step in private practice? We're looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 or 6 physio to join the Wandsworth Physiotherapy team: someone who brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love of helping people get better. We're looking for a person, not just a CV. We want someone who's curious, motivated to grow, and excited about being part of a close-knit team delivering excellent care across our Wandsworth clinics. What we're offering We believe in investing in our people. You'll receive in house and funded CPD and structured training support to help you keep growing clinically, with a particular focus on developing your manual therapy skills. Protected admin time is built into your week - no scrambling to catch up outside of hours. You'll be part of a genuinely warm and supportive team who want to see you succeed, with clear pathways for clinical and professional development as your confidence grows. Salary is competitive and reflects your experience within the Band 5–6 range. Most importantly, this is a place where your personality and your passion are valued just as much as your clinical skills. What you'll be doing You'll assess and treat a varied caseload of private and insurance based musculoskeletal physiotherapy patients across our clinics, building genuine therapeutic relationships along the way. Day to day you can expect to: Deliver one-to-one physiotherapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans that put the patient first. Build strong rapport with patients from the first appointment and help them stay engaged and motivated throughout their recovery. Get involved in the business side of private practice - understanding how we grow, retain patients, and deliver a service people trust and return to. Collaborate closely with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and upbeat team culture. Develop your skills in manual therapy and beyond, with guidance and room to grow at your own pace. What we're looking for Skills and experience matter, but attitude and character matter more. Here's what will make you stand out: A genuine can-do attitude - you embrace challenges and look for solutions. Natural rapport-building skills and the ability to make patients feel at ease from day one. An interest in manual therapy (experience is a plus, but not essential - we'll invest in your development). Curiosity about how private practice works, from patient retention to building professional relationships. A team-first mindset; you'll pick up the phone for a colleague just as readily as for a patient. HCPC registration and a physiotherapy degree or equivalent. We'd love to hear from you. Send your CV and a cover letter about why this role appeals to you - tell us about you, not just what you've done.
