What You Need to Know

  • You must also be in a role supporting teaching and learning.
  • The course will consist of monthly online workshops.
  • There will be a face to face visit every 6-8 weeks with an assessor at the school where you work.
  • This course will take approximately 10 months to complete.
  • Prior to enrolment you will need to undertake an initial assessment in English and achieve a minimum result.

To attend this course and complete the coursework, you need access to a good internet connection and a laptop, computer or tablet device. If you do not have a suitable device, please speak to an IAG advisor or your tutor about the Laptop Loan Scheme.

Qualification upon completion: Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 3 Diploma

Once registered we will contact you to check your eligibility before starting the enrolment process. To be eligible for funding for this course, learners must:

  • Be aged 19+
  • Live in London
  • Have not already achieved a L3 or above qualification. Please note if you earn under £27,007.50 you are eligible for funding even if you already have a L3 or above qualification
  • Work within a suitable role

Please note if you are not eligible for funding we do provide a fee paying option of £900.
