About Us

39 weeks, 21 hours a week (8:00am – 4:00pm, three days a week) Permanent contract Required: 1st September 2025. St Anselm’s is a small, friendly, high achieving Catholic school that was awarded an Outstanding grade in its last OFSTED inspection (September 2023). We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our established and enthusiastic team. ‘Staff are proud to work at the school and appreciate the support they receive from leaders, including for their well-being and workload’. (OFSTED 2023)

A practising Catholic would be preferred, but applications from candidates who are supportive of our Catholic ethos are also very welcome to apply.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, efficient and able to use their initiative when carrying out administrative duties
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Acts with professionalism and integrity
  • Is committed to the ethos of the school, and ensures that this is reflected in all interactions with parents and visitors
