The predicted salary is between 25200 - 29400 £ per year.
We are looking for a PA to our Exec Directors to join us on a 7 month contract initially to cover maternity leave. The role will support our Executive Directors to ensure smooth running of the Directorates. They will support in all aspects of their role to ensure their agenda, priorities and objectives are effectively run and completed within agreed timescales.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Organising the diaries and calendars for the Executive Directors.
- Support with organising, attending and taking detailed minutes at committee, executive and board meetings.
- Produce drafts for board and executives within agreed timescales, and ensure any paper deadlines are met.
You:
- Have excellent minute taking skills and have a real eye for detail.
- Experienced PA to Executives and Boards.
- Strong experience in organising, attending and taking detailed meetings at executive and board level meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and board documentation software - bonus if experienced using Convene.
- High level of emotional intelligence and political sensitivity.
