Join to apply for the Development Programme & Data Manager role at Wandle. The Development Programme & Data Manager will be accountable to the Head of Development and will monitor all aspects of the Development programme, including financial reporting, cashflow reporting and the sales programme.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the Development programme is run following robust programme and project management systems.
- Ensure all projects are regularly reviewed and monitored against agreed objectives and milestones to ensure the Development programme remains on track.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders involved with the delivery of the Development programme and wider business.
- Drive strategic continuous improvement of programme management governance.
You
- Experience of managing, monitoring, and reporting on development programmes.
- Experience using a development cashflow management system.
- Experience of working with complex programme and/or governance arrangements in a public body or housing organisation.
- Highly developed programme and project management skills (including in the planning, management, governance and evaluation of programmes; data management and analysis; and the interrogation and challenge of performance reporting).
- Proactive, accountable and innovative!
