Wandle is seeking an experienced property services leader to oversee responsive repairs, mechanical and electrical services, major works, planned investment, and damp and mould.

Founded in 1967, Wandle provides around 7,500 homes across south London.

The role You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the property function, supporting teams to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality services.

Working as part of the senior management team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the property function.

You will ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulatory standards, while creating a culture focused on quality, accountability and customer outcomes.

A key priority will be ensuring that Wandle has a clear understanding of the condition and performance of its homes.

You will use data, customer insight and cross-organisational intelligence to shape investment priorities, improve services and make the best use of available resources.

You will also lead the effective management of contractors and supply chain partners delivering safety-critical and high-value services, ensuring strong performance, quality, value for money and positive outcomes for customers.
