This is a great opportunity to join a growing team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Security Analyst to help strengthen our cyber security capability and make a real impact across the organisation.

You’ll be a trusted and reliable partner to stakeholders, bringing both security protection and practical problem solving to everything you do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the development and rollout of the security strategy through holistic risk management, board and executive involvement, user awareness, technology initiatives, risk profile management (posture, score), up to date policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, pen testing, vulnerability scanning, and patch management to ensure Wandle is safe and secure in its online space. Ultimately, to comply with, achieve and maintain Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
  • Support robust and best practice Architecture and Information Security services to ensure that all technology and digital assets are safeguarded against cyber-attacks.
  • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard while staying up to date on information technology trends and security standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Incident Management and Response Experience.
  • Monitor and maintain a secure score of 80% or more for Azure, Identity, Apps, Data and Devices.
  • Vulnerability scanning and patch management.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of industry standards and certification e.g. ISO27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Working with business partners to deliver a Security Operations Centre (SOC) services.
  • Must have industry-recognized certifications in Security+, CISSP or similar.
